Ordered 2 bottles of this. One bottle we opened was creamy with emolients. The second bottle is runny. Seems to have the oils but not the compounds that make it creamy. The oils seem to work, but feels excessively greasy and runny.

This is beautiful and feels amazing on the skin. The shimmer is the perfect amount. You do not need to be rich in melanin to use this product.
